$GLW Wave 5 PT = $369+ 🟢 Base Case You were warned of the oncoming major top for Corning. It has now corrected nearly -60% since hitting the MW5 3.618 Fib PT despite fundamentals remaining rock solid. The company reported strong earnings today. One that solidified the thesis, but was met with a capitulatory drop. At this valuation, it remains an asymmetric opportunity long-term considering the ARR promised over the coming years with their margins, leadership, and moat. It would be foolish of me to call a low on any name, but I started a position in $GLW at $115 and intend to average in through multiple tranches should it decide to cut deeper toward the $80s. At this time, it is attempting to find support off the 1.00 Log Fib ($113) as it enters the golden pocket with Daily BOBs. The issue here is that it trades within an air pocket around these levels that may convert it into a falling knife towards the Weekly 100MA ($87), an indicator that coincides with a Volume Shelf. I will average into that support as needed.

An extremely clean setup that is currently in Primary Wave 4 correction and may be ready for reversal towards its Primary Wave 5 PTs to complete LT Wave 1. It is currently finding support off its Daily 100MA ($49), sharing confluence with the PW4 .618 Fib ($48), Weekly 20MA ($50) and Daily/Weekly BOBs. This comes with clear RSI Bullish Divergence on the Daily chart! Strong signs at a local low and reversal attempt here. I am long. The Bear Case here is failure to revert, forcing a drawdown towards $38-$41 major support, aligning with its .786 Fib ($40), .382 Log Fib ($41), Volume POC ($38-$41), and Weekly BOBs.
